Our mobile shredding service is perfect for clients looking to have their documents destroyed, but are unable to transport them to a shredding facility. We’ll bring professional and secure shredding service right to your location, or a location of your choice.
How it works
We provide locked containers at the customer site, which act as a secure and organized storage point for secure documents awaiting destruction. These containers come in a variety of styles and sizes which we will then strategically deploy across your office, ensuring ease of access. We will work with you to ensure the placement and types of containers chosen are the best solution for your needs.
Arriving on site
A mobile shred truck will arrive to the location and our friendly Business Data Record Services bonded and insured employees will greet you and collect the material from your office. The papers are the loaded into another shred bin, which is then locked and brought out to the shredding truck. The material is immediately loaded into and destroyed inside of our shredder trucks, at your site right before your eyes, ensuring your peace of mind. The trucks then return to our facility for processing.
Dealing with shredded material
When the truck returns to our facility, the shredded material is offloaded, baled and shipped directly from Business Data Record Services to a paper mill for recycling. We are committed to reducing our environmental impact by ensuring all materials are recycled and disposed of properly. By working with BDRS, you will be directly contributing to sustainability at no extra cost or hassle for you.
